Today I feel proud, proud of myself, my team, my clients and the contractors we employ. Running my own business was never my goal but when I was given the chance to do so. I put my heart and soul into it.
Having previously worked in recruitment gave me all the tools to make a success of my business. Understanding the issues recruiters have when they use a payroll provider outside their control. They need an excellent partner to be an extension of themselves and that's what we do everyday.
They need a partner to keep them up to date with this ever changing landscape and I'm always honoured when I client calls and asks for my advise or recommend me and my company.
