My background stems from Recruitment. Spanning 25years covering an array of sectors: Investment Banking, IT, Telecoms, Legal , Construction, Engineering and Rail. Whilst working for one of the Uk’s most reputable engineering rail recruitment agencies I was Introduced to Tracey Williams who ran a successful Payroll. It was not long before; I would solely use her payroll services . The level of service and the attention to detail was in my eyes second to none.
I became one of her biggest clients. In 2011 Tracey had the opportunity to purchase the business that she helped build and run for all those years, which then in-turn became the brand we are today. TJW. Which to date has proven to be one the most compliant and consultative Payroll Providers in the UK. In October 2013, I had decided to move away from recruitment and look at different avenues where I could apply my skill set. This is when Tracey Williams approached me and asked if I would be interested in coming in to have a chat and help her recruit a sales manager. Little did I know ! I joined TJW on Jan 2014 and have never looked back. With my recruitment background and knowledge of payroll it has helped me achieve what I am today. My all-round knowledge of recruitment, payroll, contractors and end clients puts me in an ideal position to assist and consult at all levels within the chain.
